------------READ BEFORE BOOKING ------------

1. Booking Fee

The booking fee secures your date and is non-refundable.


2. Payment

Remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of your session.

Any extra charges during the shoot must be cleared before file delivery.


3. Lateness

Arriving 15+ minutes late leads to automatic cancellation. A new booking fee is required to book again.


4. Rescheduling

One free reschedule allowed if requested 12+ hours before the session.

Anything less than 12 hours is treated as cancellation and the booking fee is forfeited.


5. Outdoor/Event Cancellations

If you cancel an outdoor/event booking:

Ksh 1,000 charged if cancelled a day before.

Ksh 2,000 if cancelled on the same day before we leave.

Full package amount if cancelled after the team has already left for the location.


6. Copyright

All images remain CosmiQuest property unless a copyright waiver is purchased.

Usage rights depend on the package chosen. No unauthorized editing, filters, cropping, or commercial use.


7. Client Preparation

Please arrive ready and groomed (attire, hair, makeup).

Changing outfits counts as shooting time. Session time begins exactly at your booked time, not when you start preparing.


8. Editing

We do not edit skin discoloration, sagging clothes, or undone grooming.

Additional edits may be charged separately.


9. Delivery

Final files are delivered within 24 hours, unless stated otherwise. Clients must refresh the shared link to see new uploads.


10. Studio Rights

We may cancel or refuse service in cases of lateness, misconduct, or rule violations.
